SB 5572 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Authorizes signs with the Crimestoppers name, logo, and telephone number with the following restrictions:

     (1) The size of the sign shall not exceed four by eight and three-quarters inches;

     (2) The maintenance of the signs shall be the sole responsibility of Crimestoppers;

     (3) All signs placed under this section shall be maintained at least twice yearly; and

     (4) Any Crimestoppers sign not properly cared for may be removed by the department.
