SB 5675 - DIGEST

 

     Declares the purpose of this act is to establish a study of the state's food service rules and objectives to ensure a continuation of the industry's role as a nationally recognized leader in food safety.

     Directs the secretary of health to create a committee on food service regulation.

     Requires the committee to report its recommendations to the legislature and to the state board of health by July 1, 2002.

     Expires December 31, 2002.
