SB 5780 - DIGEST

     Establishes a task force to study the success of Hispanic students at institutions of higher education.

     Directs the task force to report its findings and recommendations by December 31, 2001, to the higher education coordinating board, the state board for community and technical colleges, the house of representatives committee on higher education, and the senate committee on higher education.
