SB 5816 - DIGEST

     Appropriates the sum of two hundred fourteen thousand seven hundred twenty dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the biennium ending June 30, 2003, from the general fund to the South Eastern Washington Center of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to provide services to the deaf and hard of hearing in their communities.
