SB 5821 - DIGEST

     Provides that the compensation for all unlicensed direct care workers who provide state-funded long-term care services through contract with the department of social and health services under the medicaid personal care program, community options program entry system, or chore services, whose hourly wage as of June 30, 2001, is nine dollars or less per hour, shall receive an increase of one dollar per hour starting July 1, 2001.
