SB 5859 - DIGEST

     Preserves the blanket primary by advancing to the general election ballot the two candidates receiving the most votes regardless of political party affiliation.

     Repeals RCW 29.15.200, 29.15.230, 29.18.150, 29.18.160, and 29.30.095.
