SB 6050 - DIGEST

     Appropriates the sum of two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002, from the general fund to the department of fish and wildlife for deposit in the remote site incubator account created in this act.

     Appropriates the sum of two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003, from the general fund to the department of fish and wildlife for deposit in the remote site incubator account created in this act.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
