     Requires an evaluation of the current governance structure of the K-12 public school system.

     Directs the superintendent of public instruction, the state board of education, the academic achievement and accountability commission, the professional educator standards board, and the work force training and education coordinating board to evaluate the current governance structure of the K-12 public school system in Washington state and report to the legislature with recommendations regarding how the governance structure could be improved.
