SB 6294 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in order to provide the broadest possible public safety protection, in geographic areas where there are significant populations for whom English is not the primary language, the sheriff shall produce level III community notification flyers in the five most common primary languages of local resident populations.

     Takes effect July 1, 2003.
