SB 6464 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that every city with a population greater than three hundred thousand may create a city transportation authority to perform a public transportation function.

     Requires that any city transportation authority established pursuant to this act shall be approved by a majority vote of the electors residing within the proposed authority area voting at a regular or special election.
