SB 6465 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Amends RCW 36.22.110 to delete the provision that the county auditor, during his term of office, and any deputy appointed by him is disqualified from performing the duties of any other county officer or acting as deputy for any other county officer.  Nor shall any other county officer or his deputy act as auditor or deputy, or perform any of the duties of said office.
