SB 6509 - DIGEST

     Requires that five dollars of each thirty-dollar license tab fee collected for licensing motorcycles must be deposited into the motorcycle safety education account created under RCW 46.68.065, and the remainder must be distributed as prescribed in RCW 46.68.030(1).
