SB 6654 - DIGEST

     Provides that the state shall provide two million dollars each fiscal biennium to the military department to be provided as homeland security grants to political subdivisions of the state in the manner provided in this act.

     Appropriates the sum of two million dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, from the general fund to the military department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003, to carry out the purposes of this act.
