SJM 8002 - DIGEST

     Requests that the Congress of the United States consent to the formation of a new state whose western boundary is the crest of the Cascade Mountains and whose eastern, northern, and southern boundaries are the existing state borders, to include the Wenatchee and Yakima valleys.
