SCR 8416 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ADOPTED)

     Returns bills to the house of origin.

     Resolves that the Secretary of the Senate and the Co-Chief Clerks of the House of Representatives shall retain in their possession and in the status that exists upon the adjournment SINE DIE of the 2001 Regular session of the Fifty-seventh Legislature, all legislative measures including all bills, joint resolutions, concurrent resolutions, and joint memorials that may at that time be in their respective houses and all records, journals, dockets, and other documents pertaining thereto.

     Resolves, that all measures introduced at any special session of the Fifty-seventh Legislature shall be numbered as a continuation of the numbers assigned to measures of the 2001 Regular session of the Fifty-seventh Legislature.
