SCR 8434 - DIGEST

     Resolves that the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8424, with the exception of the March 8, 2002, cutoff date, shall not apply to the following measures:

     Senate Bill No. 6251 (administrative rule adoption)

     Senate Bill No. 6252 (rule-making authority)

     Senate Bill No. 6384 (business and occupation tax)

     Senate Bill No. 6564 (significant legislative rules)

     Senate Bill No. 6793 (public water systems)

     Senate Bill No. 6749 (invalidity agency rules)
