     Recognizes the accomplishments of the Roosevelt High School Jazz Band, supports their trip to China as ambassadors for the Seattle Public School System and educational system of the state of Washington, honors their achievements, hard work and efforts and believes cultural exchanges between these two societies will benefit all who are involved.
