   On page 16, line 25, after "order" insert ", except that personally identifying information may be released to law enforcement agencies for any toll enforcement purpose without a court order"

EFFECT: Stipulates that personally identifying information of persons who acquire and use transit passes, transponders or other technology for payment of tolls and other fare payment media may be released to law enforcement agencies without a court order only for toll enforcement purposes.
