On page 1, line 16, after "(4)" strike "A"

On page 2, line 4, after "subdivision." insert the following: "For purposes of this subsection "currently out of compliance with chapter 36.70A RCW" means a current determination in a final order by a growth management hearings board with jurisdiction over the local government that finds the local government to be out of compliance with chapter 36.70A RCW, and that final order not having been stayed by a court of competent jurisdiction."

EFFECT: 1) Allows short subdivisions to be governed by the terms of the approval of the short subdivision under RCW 58.17.060 only if the city or county is currently planning under chapter 36.70A RCW and the city or county is out of compliance with that chapter; 2)Provides a definition of what it means to be out of compliance with chapter 36.7OA RCW.
