On page 5, line 8, after "(2)" strike "(a)"

On page 5, line 10, after "member of the clergy" strike the remainder of subsection (2) and insert "unless the information obtained by the member of the clergy relates to the contemplation or execution of a future crime of abuse or neglect or serious abuse of a child."

EFFECT: Changes the exception to the reporting requirement to require members of the clergy to report information if the information obtained by the member of the clergy relates to the contemplation or execution of a future crime of abuse or neglect or serious abuse of a child.
