On page 10, line 16, after "RCW 26.44.080" strike "by a member of the clergy"

EFFECT: Changes the statute of limitations for the prosecution of a violation of the mandatory reporting requirements to allow prosecution up to 10 years following the disclosure which was the subject of the reporting requirement. The extended statute of limitations for prosecutions for failure to report under the mandatory reporting statute applies to all persons who are required to report. Under the substitute bill the extended statute of limitations applies only to members of the clergy.
