On page 9, line 4, strike "ASSERTION" AND INSERT "INDICATION"

On page 9, line 6, after "OFFENDERS" strike everything through "PROPERTY" on line 7

On page 9, line 8, strike "III." and insert "II."

EFFECT: The amendment makes the following changes:

∙Removes the requirement that the disclosure statement indicate the inclusion of information about sex offenders is required by state law.

∙Changes the notice regarding sex offenders to indicate that local law enforcement agencies, instead of "your county sheriff," should be contacted for information, and removes references to "in your area" with respect to the possible presence of sex offenders.

∙Removes the requirement that the notice indicate that it is not intended to indicate the lack of sex offenders, but leaves the requirement that the notice indicate that the it is not intended to indicate the presence of sex offenders.
