On page 3, line 31, strike "and"

On page 3, line 33, after "Title 77 RCW" insert the following:

"; and

(m) A person's possession of an animal:

(i) That is a member of a threatened or endangered species; or (ii) If survival of the animal is necessary for the preservation of the animal's gene pool"

EFFECT: Exempts possession of an animal if the animal is a member of a threatened or endangered species, or if survival of the animal is necessary for the preservation of the animal's gene pool.
