On page 3, line 32, after "title or" strike "animals" and insert "native wildlife"

EFFECT: Clarifies that only captive-bred cougars are considered potentially dangerous wild animals, and that the exemption from the act for animals subject to the Fish and Wildlife Code applies only to native wildlife.
