   On page 2, line 16, after "entry" insert ": (a) on up to and including the first one million dollars of a judgment at the maximum rate permitted under RCW 19.52.020; and (b) on any portion of a judgment in excess of one million dollars"

EFFECT: Provides that up to the first $1,000,000 of a judgment will earn interest at the higher of 12% or 4 points over the T-Bill rate, and the portion of a judgment in excess of $1,000,000 will earn interest at 4 points over the T-bill rate.
