On page 1, line 15, after "the roof", strike "or upstream side of the shelter" and insert the following: "of the shelter or on the forward side of the shelter facing oncoming traffic".

EFFECT: Removes language using the terminology "upstream side", and replaces it with clarifying language specifying that advertising panels may not be placed on the forward side of the bus shelter which faces oncoming traffic.
