EFFECT: Adds forestry, agriculture, mining, and fishing to the list of natural resource education programs intended to be funded through program grants. Expands the funding criteria to include providing information on the historical importance to the state's economy of efforts to develop, use, reuse, and conserve natural resources in each of the included areas of study. Adds mining and fishing to the list of natural resource areas covered by the grants.
