On page 3, after line 34, insert the following:

"(7) No assets shall be destroyed, modified, or sold until the person is found guilty. All assets must be maintained in the same condition as when seized."

EFFECT: A person's property will be protected and if the person is found not guilty, the property will be returned in the same condition as when seized.
