On page 11, after line 3, insert the following:

"PART VI

FUNDING

NEW SECTION. Sec. 601. The legislature does not intend to appropriate additional funds for the implementation of this act and expects all affected state agencies to implement this act's provisions within existing appropriations."

Renumber the section and part following consecutively.

EFFECT: Provides that the legislature does not intend to appropriate additional funds for the implementation of this act and expects all affected state agencies to implement this act's provisions within existing appropriations.
