On page 4, line 24, after "benefits" insert "granted to the worker by the order under appeal"

EFFECT: Clarifies that the benefits to which the worker is entitled during appeal are those benefits granted by the order being appealed. (This makes the language consistent with the requirements related to orders under reconsideration.)
