On page 2, after line 36, insert the following:

"A license labeled "not valid for identification purposes" shall not be renewed by electronic commerce. A person applying to renew a license labeled "not valid for identification purposes" must submit the application to the department in person."

On page 6, after line 33, insert the following:

"(c) A license labeled "not valid for identification purposes" shall not be renewed by electronic commerce. A person applying to renew a license labeled "not valid for identification purposes" must submit the application to the department in person."

EFFECT: Requires that drivers licenses labeled "not valid for identification purposes" be renewed by submitting an application to the department in person.
