   On page 5, line 25 after "act." insert "Imposition of street utility fees are subject to section 6(9) of this act."

   On page 6, line 9 after "act." insert "Imposition of street utility fees are subject to section 6(9) of this act."

   On page 9, after line 15 insert "(9) Street user fees established pursuant to sections 1 through 10 of this act must be approved by a majority of voters voting at a general or special election."

Renumber remaining sections consecutively.

EFFECT: Requires street utility user fees to be approved by the voters.
