On page 1, line 27 of the amendment, after "standard" insert "and that the space from the bottom of the home to the ground be enclosed by concrete or an approved concrete product which can be either load bearing or decorative"

EFFECT: Allows a county, city, or town to regulate the installation of manufactured homes so as to require that the space from the bottom of the home to the ground be enclosed by concrete or an approved concrete product which can be either load bearing or decorative.
