   On page 1, line 15, after "(b)" strike all material beginning with "A recommendation" through "disease" on line 17 and insert "Current recommendations from the United States centers for disease control and prevention regarding the receipt of vaccines for meningococcal disease"

EFFECT: Eliminates requirements that colleges recommend that students consider receiving a vaccination. Requires that colleges provide students with current recommendations from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding vaccines for meningococcal disease.
