On page 10, line 15, after "(d)" insert "A landlord may only be ordered to pay relocation assistance if: (i) the tenant has exhausted all other legal remedies available to him or her under RCW 59.18.085, 59.18.090, 59.18.100, 59.18.110, 59.18.115, and 59.18.120; (ii) the landlord has failed to repair the property to code standards; and (iii) the landlord has failed to challenge any actions taken by the municipality.

Renumber the remaining subsections accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires that before a landlord may be ordered to pay relocation assistance, the tenant must have exhausted all other legal remedies available under the landlord-tenant statutes; the landlord must have failed to repair the property to code standards; and the landlord must not have challenged any action taken by the municipality.
