On page 12, starting at the beginning of line 19, strike all material through "representatives" on line 22

On page 12, line 23, after "The" strike "joint select committee" and insert "legislative work group"

EFFECT: Changes the Joint Select Committee in the bill to a Legislative Work Group and removes any expectation that outside consultants or expenses (beyond legislative staff) are expected to support the committee's work.
