On page 12, line 36 of the amendment, after "public" insert "as determined by rule by the secretary, in consultation with representatives of the health professions boards and commissions, and applied consistently to all professions, to be such an act that warrants the revocation of the license holder's license when considered in combination with other acts of unprofessional conduct under this subsection"

On page 13, line 6 of the amendment, after "public" insert "as determined by rule by the secretary, in consultation with representatives of the health professions boards and commissions, and applied consistently to all professions, to be such an act that warrants the revocation of the license holder's license when considered in combination with other acts of unprofessional conduct under this subsection"

EFFECT: Requires the Secretary of Health, in consultation with the health professions boards and commissions, to adopt rules to determine which acts of negligent or incompetent practice of a profession, or misuse of alcohol or controlled substances, that result in the death or severe injury of a patient or risk of harm to the public should warrant the revocation of a license in combination with three other acts of unprofessional conduct.
