   On page 2, line 31, after "and" insert ", if the funds requested under section 6 of this act are deposited in the problem gambling treatment account created in section 5 of this act,"

   On page 3, line 9, after "biennium," insert "if the funds requested under section 6 of this act are deposited in the problem gambling treatment account created in section 5 of this act,"

   On page 4, after line 10, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. The governor shall request the federally recognized tribes operating gambling establishments in this state to make a donation to the problem gambling treatment account created in section 5 of this act that, in total, matches the amount authorized to be transferred to the problem gambling treatment account in the supplemental appropriations budget pursuant to sections 2 and 3 of this act."

   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: The amendment (1) makes the authorization to make transfers from the Gambling Revolving Fund and the State Lottery Account to the Problem Gambling Account contingent on a matching donation from the Tribes, and (2) directs the Governor to request the donation from the Tribes.
