Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides that a purchaser of a distressed residential property, who makes a reasonable effort to rehabilitate the property, is only liable for fifty percent of the relocation assistance required under this act, if the building is later condemned due to code violations.
