On page 1, line 6, before "The" insert "(1)"

On page 1, after line 13, insert:

"(2) The board and department shall not purchase productive agriculture land in this state unless the land has been advertised for at least ninety days through a Washington state real estate brokerage firm."

EFFECT: DNR may not purchase productive agriculture land unless the land is marketed by a Washington real estate broker for at least 90 days.
