On page 2, line 12, after "dependents." insert "The report must also include how long the person receiving benefits through the basic health plan: (a) has been employed by their employer; and, (b) has been a resident of Washington state."

On page 3, line 3, after "dependents." insert "The report must also include how long the person receiving benefits through the basic health plan: (a) has been employed by their employer; and, (b) has been a resident of Washington state."

EFFECT: Requires the Health Care Authority and the Department of Social and Health Services to report on how long a beneficiary has been working for their employer and how long they have lived in Washington state.
