   On page 8, line 3, after "from" strike "the imposition of fines for violations of chapter 59.20 RCW and"

   On page 8, line 4, after "collected under" strike "sections 3 and" and insert "section"

   On page 8, line 5, after "the account." insert "All receipts from the imposition of fines for violations of chapter 59.20 RCW under section 3 of this act shall be deposited into the state general fund."

EFFECT: Receipts from fines or violations of the administrative process created in the bill are deposited into the state general fund. Registration fees continue to be deposited into the manufactured/mobile home investigations account created in the bill.
