On page 2, line 26, after "proposition" insert ": Provided further, That voters qualified to vote on a proposition under this subsection (a) to levy an additional tax for a school district includes nonresident owners or reputed owners of real property located within the school district as listed on the assessor's tax rolls"

EFFECT: Provides that voters qualified to vote on propositions to levy additional taxes for a school district includes nonresident owners of real property located within the school district as listed on the assessor's tax rolls.
