On page 2, line 26, after "proposition" insert ", with voters limited exclusively to persons who both are registered to vote and own real property in the school district, including owners who hold the deed to the property outright and owners who are purchasers under a deed of trust, mortgage, or real estate contract"

EFFECT: Limits the voters in school levy elections to registered voters who are owners of real property. Owners include persons who own the property outright and persons who are purchasing the property through a mortgage, real estate contract, or under a deed of trust.
