On page 2, line 26, after "proposition" insert "when the proposition is approved at a primary or general election"

EFFECT: When a school levy is approved during a primary or general election, a simple majority of those voting will approve the levy. When the election is held at a different time, the levy must receive 60 percent approval and be validated by an amount that equals 40 percent of the voters in the previous general election.
