   On page 9, line 30, after "school;" strike "and"

   On page 9, line 34, strike "bond." and insert "bond; and (15) If the school is a conversion charter school, evidence that at least eighty-five percent of the teachers in the school support the conversion."

   On page 11, line 15, after "school;" strike "and"

   On page 11, line 18, strike "bond." and insert "bond; and (15) The applicant has provided evidence supporting any requirement that at least eighty-five percent of the teachers in the school support the conversion."

EFFECT: Requires evidence that eighty-five percent of the teachers in a conversion school to support the conversion.
