   On page 2, beginning on line 32, after "(5)" strike all material through "representatives" on line 33, and insert "((A member of the state house of representatives. This member shall be appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives)) Two members of the state house of representatives appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, one of whom shall be a member of the majority party, and one of whom shall be a member of the minority party"

   One page 2, beginning on line 34, after "(6)" strike all material through "senate" on line 35, and insert "((A member of the state senate. This member shall be appointed by the president of the senate)) Two members of the state senate appointed by the president of the senate, one of whom shall be a member of the majority party, and one of whom shall be a member of the minority party"

EFFECT:Adds two additional legislative members to the state investment board, one additional member from each of the house of representatives and the senate. One member from each of the house and senate shall be a member of each of the majority and minority parties.
