   On page 2, line 11, after "mailed." strike all words through "candidates." on line 14.

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that county auditors send copies of the certification of the date absentee ballots are mailed to county canvassing boards, the press, jurisdictions with issues on the ballot in the election, and any candidates, but only when ballots are mailed on time. County auditors are still required to send copies of certifications to these groups when ballots are not mailed on time.
