   On page 1, line 18 of the amendment, after "that" strike everything through "life" on line 21 and insert "impact fish or fish habitat"

EFFECT: Establishes legislative intent for the Department of Fish and Wildlife to implement rules governing construction activities that impact fish or fish habitat. Removes language in the intent section directing the Department of Fish and Wildlife to implement rules governing activities below the ordinary high water line or other work specifically designated by the Legislature.
