On page 95, line 9 of the striking amendment, increase the wildlife account--state appropriation by $450,000.

Correct the totals.

On page 99, after line 29, insert, "(24) $450,000 of the wildlife account--state appropriation is provided solely for projects supported by the migratory bird stamp program pursuant to RCW 77.12.670 and projects on lands managed by the department of fish and wildlife."

EFFECT: Increases the wildlife account--state appropriation by $450,000 to support projects supported by migratory bird stamp revenue and projects on lands managed by the department of fish and wildlife.

FISCAL IMPACT: Increases Other Funds by $450,000.
